How to Delete Your Account

We make it easy for you to delete your account directly within the app. Here's how:

  1. Open your app and log into your account.
  2. From the main chat screen, tap the settings icon (a gear icon in the top right corner).
  3. On the Settings page, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your decision. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days, including:
    • Your Firebase Authentication profile
    • Any data stored in Firestore

Once you choose to delete your account, it cannot be recovered—even if your data is still in the process of being deleted within 7 days.

Requesting Account Deletion

If you want to request deletion of your account, type your email address below. Once you receive your account deletion link and click it, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days. This action is non-reversible.
